SCHOOL OF MEDICINE EXCELLENCE IN TEACHING AWARDS: 2007 WINNERS
The 2007 School of Medicine Excellence in Teaching Awards attracted a strong field of applicants. The awards panel was impressed by the dedication and passion for teaching that was evident in the materials submitted.
I am pleased to announce the joint winners of the award as Associate Professor Neil Strathmore (Royal Melbourne Hospital) and a teaching team comprising Dr Sally Gauci, Ms Arianne Dantas, Professor David Williams and Associate Professor Robert Kemm (Department of Physiology).
The winners will be presented with their awards in front of the new intake of medical students, to demonstrate to them the emphasis that the School of Medicine places on excellent teaching.
